Board Member

Yasser Saleh Abdel Meguid studied law at the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University in 1989, he works as a lawyer and has received many training courses in Egypt and Paris, France in various fields, including the management of small and medium enterprises, and he established a company in Dubai, UAE, from 2009 to 2019 to provide collection services to financial institutions, he also founded Egyptian International Firm for Legal Consultation and Financial Collection for a period of more than twenty years, working for banks and financial institutions. He is a member of the Interlegal Network, which is based in Switzerland and is considered one of the largest legal institutions that includes a distinguished group of Elite lawyers in the world, member of the Board of Directors of Misr Finance Company, one of the most important financial leasing and factoring companies in Egypt since 2022, and a member of the Board of Directors of Maak Microfinance Company.
