Seasoned Financial Expert with a proven track record of over two decades in various managerial roles within prominent corporations such as CICapital, Cairo Financial Holding, Corplease, Prime Capital and the Saudi company AlGihaz Holding. Throughout her career, Basma gained progressive experience in equity, credit & industry analysis in addition to structuring, negotiating and executing deals. Besides being a Certified Board from Egyptian Institute of Directors “EIOD”, she is adept at leveraging the CFA Program. Basma is currently an independent board member at Ma’ak Microfinance Company, a subsidiary of Misr Finance Company, in addition of being a member of the risk audit and governance committees. Basma holds a BA in Economics from the Faculty of Economics & Political Science, Cairo University and attended several courses at American University in Cairo
