Misr Finance for Financial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Misr Insurance Holding Company, was established in March 2022 as part of a strategic initiative to enhance non-banking financial services in Egypt. Our mission is to engage in diverse financial activities by offering a fully integrated financial platform that includes leasing, factoring, and mortgage services. We are committed to delivering value through innovative financial solutions supported by our extensive market expertise, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to integrity.
Supporting Egypt’s Future with EGP 500 Million
With an authorized capital of EGP 500,000,000, Misr Finance acts as the financial arm of the
Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE). TSFE is a private investment fund founded in 2018, aimed at
managing investments in state-owned assets and fostering partnerships with private investors. Our
goal aligns with Egypt Vision 2030, as we strive to promote sustainable economic development and
structural reforms that encourage private sector participation.
Strength in Investments with EGP 106 Billion Portfolio
As the largest non-banking financial entity in Egypt, Misr Insurance Holding Company, of which we are
a part, holds an extensive investment portfolio exceeding EGP 106 billion, alongside the largest
institutional real estate portfolio in the country. Misr Finance operates under the supervision of the
Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to ensure compliance and excellence in our services.
